Samsco Functional Pilot Testing

The main objective of this evaluation is to provide Samsco and our clients a comfort level that the applications are appropriate and that the installation will be successful. There are certainly waste streams that are not appropriate for evaporation and it is better to learn this in the lab, rather than at the jobsite.

The second major goal of SAMSCO’S evaluation of your waste stream is to establish operating procedure recommendations and to optimize the performance of every SAMSCO WATER EVAPORATOR for each client's specific wastewaters. While many significant test results are included in the client's report, numerous other parameters are also observed and documented in the internal data file compiled by SAMSCO’S laboratory personnel.

This waste stream analysis is unique. And, as Samsco has tested tens of thousands of wastewater samples, we have found that every waste stream is also unique. Our test results will accurately demonstrate how each waste stream, and a composite of all waste streams, will function in the evaporator, and provide you with the expected reduction-in-volume—typically 90-99%.

This Functional Pilot Test becomes a permanent part of every SAMSCO client’s file for future reference by our Client Service Engineers as they assist in servicing the SAMSCO system.
